Any company or individual would be committing a grave mistake just by saying the wrong things. Audiences and clients expect more than just quality products and services; some of them become loyal because of the principles they share with the company. It's terribly difficult to humble yourself when people look up to you, but it does more for you to apologize for your mistakes, than to remain stubborn and stand by it.
