right on Todd.. Those few who are actively searching for information are probably those few who are about to make a purchase. So, of the thousands of IT managers, whoever is able to better serve those who are about to make the purchase, will get the sale. Modern consumers, especially savvy IT professionals will do their own research and our job is to make our information as easily findable as possible and as directly related to solving their missing links (questions, concerns, etc.) as possible.
